GRYSKLL Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy covers the GRYSKLL website and gryCE, our private member portal. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect on the website
Newsletter signups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address and anything else you put in the signup form, like your name. We use it to send GRYSKLL news, releases, and events. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Store orders. When you buy merch, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can fill and ship your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Contact and booking forms. When you send a message or booking request, we collect your name, email, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
Analytics and cookies. We use Squarespace’s built-in analytics, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel to see how people find and use the site, like which pages get visited and where traffic comes from. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed. The Meta Pixel also helps us measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
gryCE member portal
gryCE lets GRYSKLL crew members sign in and see their own records, like the songs they’re credited on and the verses, beats, and other takes they owe.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. That’s all. We don’t get your Google password, contacts, files, or anything else in your Google account.
We use your email to match you to your artist record in the GRYSKLL catalog, so you only see what belongs to you. If your email isn’t in the catalog, you’ll see nothing until we add you. Your name and photo are used to show who’s signed in.
Your sign-in and catalog records are stored with Supabase, our database provider. The catalog is managed in Notion and copied into gryCE on a schedule. Both are used only to run the portal.
Who else handles your information
We use a few services to run all this: Squarespace (website, store, forms, email), our payment processor, Google (sign-in and analytics), Meta (ad measurement), Supabase and Notion (gryCE). They process your information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with anyone outside the services listed above, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Newsletter info stays until you unsubscribe. Order records stay as long as we need them for taxes, returns, and bookkeeping. Messages stay until we no longer need them. gryCE sign-in records stay until you ask us to remove them or you leave the crew.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we’ll take care of it. Song credits in the GRYSKLL catalog stay, since they’re part of the music’s history.
Kids
The site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
